Heliatick ("we", "us") operates heliatick.com and builds software products including RentTick and retail management applications. This policy describes how we collect and use information when you visit our website or contact us.

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, topic, and message. This is delivered to our business email via FormSubmit.co and stored in our Zoho Mail inbox.

Website usage. Our static site does not use advertising trackers. Your hosting provider (e.g. Cloudflare) may log standard request metadata such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.

Product applications. Our SaaS products (RentTick, retail suite) collect account and business data needed to run those services. Each product has its own privacy notice for end users and app store listings.
